Customer Reviews

works fine! yes bought for my conair make up light which called for 20watt. works fine! yes, I would buy these again 5Work fine for Con-air makeup mirror, but cheaper elsewhere.I purchased these for my con-air double sided makeup mirror. They were half the price of the con-air bulbs, so I thought "Great!". Then I happened to go in Home Depot and found basically the same thing (Phillips brand) for half the price of these (around $3 for a pack of two at Home Depot). Actually, the Home Depot ones are a bit brighter. So, if you happen to have a Home Depot near you, check there first. I wouldn't be surprised if Wal-Mart has them too. All you need is the candelabra base and make sure the bulb is narrow enough to fit. My mirror says 10 watt bulbs only, but I can't find those (not even on the con-air website). The Jerdons are 25 watt and work fine, the Home Depot ones are 15 Watt. All seem to work fine.4Not bright enough for a vanity mirror. This is a yellowish, soft, light bulb. This will not work in a mirror where you need bright white light to apply makeup properly. Very disappointed as I needed to order a different bulb.125 watt bulbs for my makeup mirror. These bulbs are used in my Conair 3-way touch control makeup mirror. I always try to have them on hand for when one burns out. The price is good and I was unable to find these in my local hardware store, so I recommend keeping a pack on hand.5This worked on my mirrorLooked, looked, looked for a mirror replacement bulb. Bought one at my supermarket that looked like it but base was too big. I was getting ready to order with fingers crossed when these popped up specifically for vanity mirror. Screwed right in and works. This little thing prob cost me an hour searching but at 70 really need magnifying mirror with light. This is that bulb.5Not bright enough but good valueThis bulb isn't bright enough for my mirror. The mirror says 30 watt maximum but I could only find this 25 watt version. Can't tell what the old bulb was so I am now assuming it was 30 watt. For the price, these bulbs are a good deal (I compared to my grocery store) but if they aren't bright enough they really aren't helpful. I would recommend you buy the brightest watt bulb that your mirror can handle or you will end up with a mirror that is too dim.2Not for lamps that turn on by touch They don't work in a touch make-up lamp. I have to unplug and plug in when I want light instead of just touching the base. 2Overall very pleased.Bought this to replace the bulb inside my Conair makeup mirror. It fits perfectly and is a little brighter (25W instead of 20W). Overall very pleased.5Works great in my conair mirrorThese are perfect for my conair mirror, and a MUCH MUUUUUCH better deal than what conair offers. A very sleazy move on nasty conairs move to try to sell us bulbs for $20+ (come on, it's a tiny light bulb!) when Ive already done them the favor of patronizing their company. Thankfully there are third party sellers like this one!! Great buy and a real money saver!!!5Mirror mirror..,, light upMy light up mirror went dark and guess whatThese bulbs are no where to be found except here at amazon. They were a little higher wattage then my mirror called for but I'm using them anyway, only problem is mirror gets quite hot if left on too long..although product is great5Works perfectly in my Conair makeup mirror!I bought these to replace the 20 watt bulb in my lighted Conair makeup mirror (Model BE47BR) because they were a better value for the money than the official replacement bulb sold by Conair. For the sake of trying to add all pertinent information to this review, my mirror is a bit of an older model purchased around 2 years ago, and uses only one bulb as opposed to two as the light level is not adjustable. I had some concerns over the 5 watt difference due to a few reviews that had melting issues but went for it anyway, and I am glad that I did. They are slightly brighter, though the difference is not that noticeable and have been working fine in my mirror for around 2 months now. I would estimate the mirror is on for approximately 45-90 minutes per day just depending and I ve unscrewed it three times just to look for any signs of melting and whatnot, and everything is fine. I definitely recommend these for a cheaper alternative to the Conair bulbs, at least for those whose mirrors are the same model number.5Be careful! These bulbs are too strong for some ConAir makeup lights. they will melt the plastic behind the light and could starBe careful if you are using these with a ConAir lighted makeup mirror. The ConAir model I'm using calls for 10w light bulbs. The only bulbs I can find close to 10w are these. Unfortunately, they are 20w. Be careful, when you search for ConAir light bulbs, these bulbs will show up in the search engine. These are dangerous, as they are too strong for some ConAir makeup lights. they will melt the plastic behind the mirror and could start a fire if left unattended. I'm giving these 3 stars for being listed under ConAir mirrors.3
